Optional CardEyeQ show partnership

I authorize a CardEyeQ promo campaign for this exact show occurrence. If CardEyeQ separately approves enrollment, the organizer receives a custom link and QR code offering one calendar month of Teacher free. CardEyeQ tracks redemptions, and the organizer may earn a manually paid $5 referral reward only after the referred member’s first valid paid subscription payment and a 30-day validation hold. Refunds, disputes, or voided payments before payout invalidate the reward. No payout is automatic. This consent does not affect whether the public show listing remains available.Preferred promo ending (optional)

I confirm this request is accurate.I am authorized to submit it where required, and CardEyeQ may contact me to verify the evidence. Submission does not change or verify the listing.
